1. Power interval Training
A triple whammy 30 minute HIIT circuit that can be switched around to increase of decrease the intensity. The power is in your hands.
2. Splintered rounds
A 45 minute bootcamp circuit that allows players choose their own unique workout, and their own unique travel path. It’s hardcore but achievable.
3. Delete user
In this 30 minute individual challenge, players earn attack points which they’ll use in the final battle. That’s if they don’t get deleted first.
4. HIIT Soul crusher: Aka the ultimate fat burning workout. This intense 40 minute HIIT challenge is designed to smash your clients in 6 different way
5. Super strong me
In this 28 minute Tabata/AMRAP fusion, players battle hard in order to secure a final win.
6. My super accumulator
In this 25 minute fun team game, players work hard to accumulate points. However, luck plays a huge factor which means anybody can win.
7. Stairway to heaven
In this killer core bootcamp workout players battle to climb Moro Rock at Giant Sequoia National Park, California.
8. Enders game
In this 30 minute team battle, teams are given 6 mystery markers that have the power to destroy their opponent, or destroy themselves.
9. First to zero wins
Everybody starts on 100 points. The first player to zero wins. It’s fun, fast & furious. (One of my favourite bootcamp drills).
10. Pub quiz
A 25 minute multiple choice pub quiz fused with an intense workout that each player controls. (Generate 100’s of different bootcamp ideas)
11. The beast inside
A 14 minute running game where players race against themselves. If they can achieve the 90% rule as a team, the fitness instructor pays the price.
12. A game of killer calves
A partner team game that allows players to build their calves whilst having fun. The first team to hit the golden number wins.
