I’ve got a list of formulas I follow for various things and they save me a lot of time. Including my workouts.
Let me run a couple by you, see what you think.
Formula 1: Complete [exercise/s] for [set time] followed by [set rest period] x [set rounds]
E.g. 1: Complete burpees for 60 seconds followed by 30 second’s rest x 10 rounds.
E.g. 2: Complete push ups, sit ups & squats for 60 seconds each followed by 45 second’s rest x 10 rounds.
E.g. 2: Complete k-bell swings, squat jump & m-climbers for 30 seconds each
followed by 30 second’s rest x 8 rounds.
Formula 2: Demo [exercises], players pick [set amount] to build their own tabata workout.
E.g. 1: Demo15 exercises. The player picks 8 exercises to build their own tabata
workout. (each exercise is completed for 4 minutes at a ratio of 20 second’s work, 10 rest).
E.g. 2: Demo 15 Exercises, each players choose 8 exercises to build their own workout. Complete each exercise for 60 seconds then rest for 30 seconds x 10.
E.g. 3: Demo 18 Exercises (6 lower, 6 core, 6 upper). Players choose 3
exercises from each section. Complete each exercise for 90 seconds with a 30-second’s
rest between exercises.
