By staying consistent with my approach, I was able to quickly position myself as the go to guy in my local area for a fun and effective bootcamp workout.
Once word got out, everybody wanted a piece of the action. Actually, it’s not rocket science. You’ve got to choose a training method that people enjoy and stay consistent.
Top tip 1: Create a folder (call it fitness bootcamp ideas) and start collecting your best workouts. Over time you’ll build up an arsenal of exactly what works best. Then, later down the line you can sell your proven ideas to other trainers like I do.
Top tip 2: Recycle your old bootcamp workouts. Use them as a foundation to build new ideas.
Fitness Bootcamp ideas (Add this to your folder)
I used to love using forfeits with my group. I used them mainly during team challenges where 2 or more teams compete. If you tell them the forfeit before the challenge starts they’ll work a lot harder, trust me.
Title: Team Privilege
Teams compete on a set challenge. The winning team gets to choose a set exercise for the losing team to complete non-stop. The losing team are allowed to stop once 3 members of the winning team raise their hand.
