Before I share today awesome bootcamp workout with you. I’ve got a cool resource to share with you. Here’s the story.
The other day Sophie found a €20 note ripped to pieces on our bedroom floor. One of the dogs, little bugger.
But it did get me thinking about you and your business. If you only had €20 to spend on your business this month,
what could you spend it on that would have the biggest impact?
Let me know in the comments.
My €20 spend was on a website called Icon finder. That’s where I got all the graphics dirt cheap to make my new sales page look great. https://workoutdesignclub.com. Hit the link then check out the featured section. All the images you see are from Icon Finder.
They might come in handy for your website too. Ok, on to todays workout concept I call the Sky Scraper Method. It’s very simple, workout idea, but very effective.
Title: Skyscraper Bootcamp Workout
Write 12 exercises on something your group can see.
Time: 30 minutes
- Complete exercise 1-4 for 1 minute each followed by a 2 minute rest.
- Complete exercise 1-8 for 1 minute each followed by a 2 minute rest.
- Complete exercise 1-12 for 1 minute each followed by a 2 minute rest.
Here’s The Catch: During the rest period flip a coin and ask each player to guess heads or tails.
- Heads: Do nothing
- Tails: Sprint 10m and back
Play as many rounds as you can within those 2 minutes.
The activity I added in with the coin can be used whenever you run a challenge that has rests periods built in. I call them filler drills and they’re a great way to put a fun spin on things, and make your workouts more enjoyable.
Go and sign up to the Workout Design Club and have a good look through all the creative drills. https://workoutdesignclub.com
You’ll see 100’s of examples where I’ve used all types of filler drills to supercharge my workouts and make them more interesting.
Well, I hope you liked todays workout.
