Complete each exercise for a 4-minute Tabata straight through by setting your interval timer for 64 rounds of 20/10.

Thats 8 rounds per exercise. 

As a quick guide (so you keep track), here's when to switch exercises.

  • After round 8 (switch to exercise 2)
  • After round 16 (switch to exercise 3)
  • After round 24 (switch to exercise 4)
  • After round 32 (switch to exercise 5)
