2. 10 Minute Traumatiser Bootcamp Workout
One of the most effective ways to train is to combine Aerobic with anaerobic exercises. I.e. Running broken up with a variety of different exercises. The benefits are huge. This is a simple workout that can be used in a group setting, 1-1 PT or as part pf your own fitness routine. Watch the video below

Kick-ass team attack is a simple 4 station circuit that requires the team to work hard in order to avoid multiple forfeits. Feel free to plug in your own exercises be that bodyweight, equipment based or a mixture of both.
