The Pizza Game | Fun Bootcamp Warm-Up Game For Group Trainers

This weeks featured drill is a fun Bootcamp game sent in by group fitness trainer Alison Marron who runs B-Fit Bootcamp UK.

It's called The Pizza Game.

This type of Bootcamp game can be used as a fun warm-up game, or as a finisher to end your class on a positive note.

The way it works is really simple.

Give each player a pizza (spacer marker). The aim is to keep your pizza intact holding it above the head while flipping everyone else's.

If you lose your pizza complete 5 push-ups (or exercise of your choice) then carry on. It's a great warm-up game and so much fun.

Here's Alisons clients in action playing the pizza game.
